Tim, your fall schedule looks awesome. I wish I could be witness to them all, but I can’t.

However, I’d like to make sure you post the version of “Wizard People, Dear Readers” you expect to screen. Why?

Well, the version available now at illegal-art.org is the revamped version.. the “new and improved,” if you will. It was re-recorded to match the dvd more precisely, with less awkward silences, etc. The problem, however, lies in the narrator’s voice, dear readers. He toned down his voice dramatically–for all the characters, throughout the entire film. I’m sorry, but it’s just not as funny.

The original (hopefully you still have the copy I gave you) is funny in both content and performance.

anyways, that’s my take on the whole thing. I hear “Who’s Bozo Texino” is a great document.

I’m making a promise, right now, to supply yummy, delicious, smelly curry-popcorn at the special Tuesday night Bollywood screening. I promise. come eat it.

Wow! Three comments in a row!

Bollywood night was great. It wasn’t a large event, but still memorable. The movie we showed was “Golmaal: Fun Unlimited” which basically translates into “Confusion: Fun Unlimited.”

Though the song and dance numbers were a bit lacking, the antics were over the top… almost enough to compensate. maybe.

Another movie, which we chose not to show, is “Krrish.” or is it “Kriish” ??? Both are available at Foods of India in case you missed the event and want to be “keeping with the Joneses.”

The curry popcorn was okay on the third try. Hey, you can’t get it right all the time.

    “Life sucks buddy…”

    vinh!

and a fourth.. since I can’t edit that last one:

Krrish (the one we didn’t show) is actually the sequel to Koi Mil Gaya one of the movies I had suggested in the first place.
